Unitasking Gods?
Back in the time concept of God was directly related to people's work or nature of work. For example farmers use to worship snake. Fishermen worshiped sea. They praised something they firmly believed in or someone who was adding value to their life. But over the period of time or atleast the gods I was introduced to are multi taskers. They save someone from drowning,they are keeping check of your bad deeds. They listen to your morning prayers and wishes. And they also make the earthquake happen. They stop anything bad happening to you but they are also responsible for your first ranks. If you ask me I would prefer the old school gods. I would prefer to worship something (from nature or man-made thing) which is helping me in my day-to-day life. I believe in that sense my prayers would be honest and faithful. Because a person like me is too weird to believe that my multitasking God has a plan for me or has enough time to look after me.
