Today while coming home from work on the bus, I didn’t get a place to sit. And was in the constant dilemma of what to do! Should I go for the self-indulgence and listen to Tyler Joseph spilling truth bombs or should I go back to Asya’s nihilist Istanbulite life. But instead, I stood there silently doing nothing. Staring at the people standing around me and peeking outside the window from time to time. People with headphones who have distanced themselves from this crowd with just one tiny gadget. People with no headphones and watching some random video with loud volume. People on the phone scrolling through social media. And people blushing over the text they received from their loved one. Even though their faces are covered with masks I couldn’t help but read it through their eyes. And me? I am standing cluelessly, observing…
